Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – The finalists of the Kakang and Mbakyu Selection of SMKN 2 Malang were invited to tour around various beautiful places in Malang City, one of which is Taman Slamet located in the Bareng area of Malang City, Monday (21/1). On this occasion, the finalists also underwent a photo shoot session.
The Coordinator of the Selection of Kakang and Mbakyu Samuphahita SMKN 2 Malang, Erwin Mulyo Pambudi, S.Pd, M.Pd said, from a series of strict selections that have been carried out since January 3, 2019, currently the Selection of Kakang and Mbakyu at SMKN 2 Malang has entered the top 10 round.
"Friday (25/1/2019) the Grand Final of the Selection of Kakang and Mbakyu Samuphahita will be held at SMKN 2 Malang City," said Erwin, Monday (21/1).
The selection stages that the finalists undergo include written tests, health tests, various ability tests, and also activities. outing classs one of which is in Slamet Park.
"In addition to Taman Slamet, we also take the children to study at Kampung Keramik and Taman Singha Merjosari," said Erwin.
By learning directly at tourist attractions and thematic villages in Malang City, it is hoped that it can increase the participants' insight.
From this activity, the best brother and sister will be selected to introduce SMKN 2 Malang and become the school's representative in various brother and sister selection events.
In addition, through this event, it is hoped that it can also increase students' self-confidence, strengthen solidarity and improve personality as an effort to hone students' abilities in tourism schools.
