Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – Tanjungsekar Village held a Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) in the hall of the local village office, Tuesday (22/01/2019). This aims to increase community participation in proposing their region to be better.

Tunjungsekar Village Head, Subhan Effendi, ST said that previously Tanjungsekar Village had conducted a pre-musrenbang on January 4, 2019. In that event, he said, many residents' proposals came in for the good of Tanjungsekar Village.
"The proposals that have been submitted are currently being ranked to determine the priority scale of development in Tunjungsekar Village," explained Subhan.
In the pre-musrenbang there were 52 development proposals submitted by Tunjungsekar residents. Subhan admitted that there were various proposals that came in, both physical and non-physical development. Through the planning that has been done well, he continued, it is hoped that in the future the results of the activities carried out can be even better.
Government expert from Brawijaya University, Gathu Adie Pratama, said that this Musrenbang is very important for the progress of Tunjungsekar.
"I hope that the Tanjungsekar Village community can play an active role in providing suggestions in this musrenbang," said Gathu Adie Pratama.
Meanwhile, one of the residents of RW 4, Tunjungsekar Village, Jaka, said that in the RW where he lives, there is an interesting location to be used as a new tourist destination, namely Bamboo Mewek.
"If it is funded well, then in the future it can be even better to improve the economy and income of local residents," explained Jaka in the musrenbang.
"We want the location to be developed. Because in addition to being a tourist spot, it can also be a place for the development of crafts and culture," Jaka hoped. (cah/ram/yon)
