Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 130 of 2018 concerning Village Facilities and Infrastructure Development Activities and Community Empowerment in Villages, Kiduldalem Village, Klojen District, Malang City received additional funds from the APBN through DAU (General Allocation Fund) amounting to IDR 352.941.000.
The budget allocation will be used as much as possible to fulfill various infrastructure facilities in the Kiduldalem Subdistrict area.
This was conveyed by the Head of Kiduldalem Village, Johan Fuaddy, S.STP, M.Si on the sidelines of the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang), which was held at the Ollino Hotel, Monday night (28/01/2019).
From the 8 RWs that exist, Johan appealed to explore and propose strategic programs, both physical and non-physical. Such as for road maintenance, drainage, buildings and structures that are indeed the needs of the community.
Johan added that various maintenance will also be priority programs and proposals in the implementation of the current Musrenbang, which will later be brought to the sub-district and city level Musrenbang.
"Therefore, all RW representatives must really take advantage of this moment so that in the future various infrastructure facilities in the Kiduldalem Subdistrict area will be better," he explained.
For non-physical programs, Johan explained, it will be more focused on empowering community institutions, such as youth organizations, community service units, environmental cadres, integrated health posts and PKK.
"More concretely, the proposed program is on training and provision. Therefore, community participation is very influential in this program," he added.
Regarding the anticipation of natural disasters, Johan said that his area is relatively safe. So far there has never been a flood or landslide in RW 3 and 4. The last time it happened was in 2017.
"However, through the proposed maintenance of physical infrastructure, it is a step to anticipate and prevent various disasters that could occur at any time," he said.
Meanwhile, Klojen Sub-district Head Drs. Agus Subali, M.Si in his speech emphasized that the proposals in this village musrenbang are truly a priority scale, because if the proposal from the village level has gone up to the sub-district level then it cannot be changed anymore. (say/yon)
