Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – The progress in the development of fisheries science and technology at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) has increasingly attracted more and more interested parties to come and study, including this time a group from Palestine who are specifically studying at UMM, Friday (15/2).

At the college also known as the White Campus, a team from Palestine was seen, which turned out to be from the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. At UMM, participants learned various things related to fisheries such as the Biona method, fish breeding, fish care, and pond construction.
Lecturer of the Fisheries Department, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, UMM Ganjar Adhy Wirawan, SPi, MP revealed that there were 12 comparative study participants from Palestine who came to Fish Edupark UMM.
There is a lot to learn, starting from fish farming techniques, looking at pond construction, to how to care for the water so that the fish are comfortable.

There are many things that make participants from Palestine interested in learning about fish at UMM, including catfish cultivation, which is very popular and is still a luxury item.
