Malang (malangkota.go.id) – The ranks of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) of Malang City held an event touring & gathering to Ungapan Beach, Malang Regency, Sunday (17/02/2019). With this togetherness, it is hoped that it will further improve performance in each institution.
In addition, there will also be a better synergy that will ultimately provide services to the community and can reduce the occurrence of various problems. Thus, the community will live more peacefully and safely, and create harmony and a better attitude of tolerance.
The ranks of the Malang City Forkopimda who participated in this gathering included the Mayor of Malang, the Commander of the Malang City Kodim 0833, and the Malang City Police Chief. In addition, it was attended by members of the Malang City Police, Kodim 0833, and all ranks within the Malang City Government.
This gathering was initiated by the Malang City Police Chief AKBP Asfuri, SIK with the intention of establishing togetherness and improving better synergy. "From this togetherness, many lessons can be learned, such as resolving and anticipating problems that are or will occur at any time," he said.
According to him, if regional leaders unite and have good communication, it will also have an impact on the community. "Residents will live more calmly and peacefully, because regional leaders can work well in serving the community," added AKBP Asfuri.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji. According to him, events like this should be held often and do not have to be touring "For example, fishing together, planting trees or reforestation and social services in disaster-affected areas," he said.
The bespectacled man added, from an event like this there are many lessons that can be learned. "We are not only riding together at this event, but we are also giving examples of how to drive well. Like vehicles must be equipped with documents and obey traffic signs," explained Sutiaji.
In this event, Forkopimda and its ranks also campaigned for safety and order in driving, along with the program initiated by the National Police Headquarters so that from all of this, the number of accidents on the road can be reduced, especially those mostly triggered by millennials. (say/yon)
