Dinkop & UM Holds Technical Guidance on Marketing Micro Business Products

Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – To help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City to be more competitive, the Malang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) Service held Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Online Marketing of Micro Business Products at the Maxone Hotel Malang, Tuesday (26/3).

In the event which was opened directly by the Head of the Cooperatives and Micro Business Service of Malang City, Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si, it was filled with speakers and online world practitioners, including the owner of Pegasus Academy, Dedy Fajar, who discussed a lot about product marketing through the online world.

Tri Widyani said that the Cooperative and UM Office continues to try to help UMKM actors to be able to move up a class. Among them is by holding a technical guidance today which was attended by UMKM actors in Malang City.

"We hope that this activity will bring more benefits to MSMEs in Malang City so that they can be more resilient and able to face global competition," hoped Yani, Tri Widyani's nickname, Tuesday (26/3).

Yani said, in the millennial era like today, the potential for Malang City's MSMEs to develop is very promising. The continued development of the city and the continued development of technology, according to him, will be able to further help MSME actors to be able to sell their products to a larger market. "We are doing this activity as assistance to micro businesses so that they can develop further," explained Yani.

Moreover, he said that the Mayor of Malang is also very serious in developing a creative economy based on MSMEs. Through this path, it is hoped that MSMEs in Malang City will be more competitive not only in Malang City but also at the national and international levels.

The Malang City Government is very concerned with the development and programs so that MSMEs can move up a class. The development of MSMEs moving up a class has also been outlined in one of the visions compiled in the Malang City Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for the next five years. (cah/yon)
