Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The peak moment of the 105th Anniversary of Malang City was commemorated with a ceremony on April 1, 2019 at the Gajayana Stadium, Malang City, led directly by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji.
The ceremony to commemorate the anniversary of Malang City was attended by the ranks of the Malang City Forkopimda, state civil servants (ASN) within the Malang City Government, and also students in Malang City.
Interestingly, all participants of the ceremony this time wore traditional Malang clothing. In addition, the use of the Gajayana Stadium location also became a historical place in the commemoration of the anniversary of Malang City because this was the first time it was used as a location for the commemoration of the anniversary of Malang City.
After the ceremony, a series of activities were carried out, namely the presentation of awards to high-achieving Malang City residents, parachuting attractions, and performances. marching bands which makes the commemoration atmosphere even more lively.
In his direction, the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji said that the age of 105 years is a mature age. "Through the 105th Anniversary of Malang City, we hope that the spirit of togetherness in a harmonious rhythm can continue to be maintained to jointly build Malang City," said Sutiaji, Monday (01/04/2019).
Thanks to this togetherness, he continued, Malang City has achieved various national achievements and awards, one of which is through the program Indonesia Vision Leadership. This award was given because Malang City was considered capable of building conduciveness. "Malang City is capable of knitting togetherness in development which is likened to this city as a miniature of Indonesia," said Sutiaji.
Meanwhile, one of Malang City's residents, Andri Oktavianto, admitted that he was happy to witness the extraordinary 105th anniversary of Malang City. He hopes that with this commemoration, Malang City can progress further in various areas of life.
