Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – After holding a gathering and peace declaration on Thursday (02/05/2019) in the hall of the Malang City Police Headquarters after the Simultaneous Election held on April 17, 2019, the ranks of the Malang City Police continued the activity by visiting a number of religious and community leaders. This was done so that after the implementation of the Simultaneous Election, the conduciveness in this City of Education would be maintained properly.
The police would like to invite religious leaders, community leaders, high-ranking political party leaders participating in the election and various other elements of the nation to participate in maintaining security and order while waiting for the announcement of the vote count results from the KPU as the election organizer.
The statement was delivered by the Head of Public Relations of the Malang City Police, Ipda Ni Made Seruni Marhaeni, Friday (03/05/2019) after visiting several religious and community leaders in Malang City with a number of other police personnel.
By visiting and inviting figures who are known to have the masses, Ipda Ni Made Seruni said that figures can also invite the community so that the situation remains peaceful and conducive and the election process can run fairly and with dignity. "Until now, the implementation of the Election to the vote counting at the sub-district level is still orderly, and we hope this condition will continue," hoped the bespectacled woman.
According to the appeal from the Malang Police Chief, AKBP Asfuri, the woman who is familiarly called Heni said that the Public Relations of the Malang City Police followed up on it and immediately met with the figures. "Alhamdulillah, our efforts were welcomed positively by the figures and they appreciated what the Malang Police did," she continued.
As conveyed by the Head of FKUB Malang City, KH Ahmad Taufiq Kusuma, his party greatly appreciates the election security by various elements of society, especially the TNI-Polri, so that yesterday's Simultaneous Election took place peacefully. "We invite all elements of society to remain harmonious, so that Malang City remains conducive," he invited.
"Not only between Muslims, harmony and togetherness between other religious communities must continue to be fostered and preserved, because so far Malang City is also known for its attitude of mutual brotherhood. We do not want this atmosphere to be tarnished by irresponsible individuals who want to divide the unity that has been well-established so far," added KH Taufiq.
Habib Hady Al Kaff also expressed his appreciation for the security personnel of the Simultaneous Elections. He also appealed to all levels of society to maintain good relations so far, so that the atmosphere remains peaceful and conducive until the KPU announces the results of this democratic party.
