Malang (malangkota.go.id) – Welcoming the 2019 League One competition in mid-May 2019, Arema FC will...launching Three new jerseys that will be used when the team nicknamed Singo Edan competes.
The blue jersey will be used when the team plays home games, the white and gold jerseys will be used when playing away. The motifs on the three new Arema FC jerseys also have their own philosophy.
Carrying the theme Equality is Blue, launching team and three new Arema FC jerseys were held at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, Saturday night (04/05/2019). At this lively event, a number of local bands performed songs that gave encouragement to the team and supporters.
Launch This, said Arema FC Media Officer, Sudarmadji, is in order to welcome the official 2019-2020 League One competition which is planned to start on May 15, 2019. He added, the blue jersey with the gradation of the team logo, namely the lion's head, brings up a strong meaning that Arema FC carries the spirit of Singo Edan who is always thirsty for victory.
For the white jersey, Sudarmadji explained that it is more directed towards the meaning of clean and if the team plays away, the hope is that they can sweep all the points so that they can smooth their steps to win the championship. "The third jersey is golden yellow, symbolizing the glory that is the common goal of Arema FC and Aremania," he added.
"The jersey is like a robe that is identical to struggle and victory. From the three jerseys, the hope is not only to bring victory to the team, but also to bring luck to all elements in Arema FC, such as supporters, management and business nodes of this team," concluded Sudarmadji. (say/yon)
