Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Still in the framework of the 67th Bhayangkari Unity Movement Day, the Malang City Bhayangkari Branch collaborated with the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) to provide services and hand over dozens of Birth Certificates and Child Identity Cards (KIA), Wednesday (24/07/2019).

Both population identities are given to police families, policewomen, ASN, residents, and casual workers at the Malang City Police Headquarters. The existence of this service is expected to help residents, especially from police families and as a real form of concern from Bhayangkari mothers. The recipients of this free service are coordinated by five Polsek in the Malang City Police Headquarters work area.
This was conveyed by the Deputy Chairperson of Bhayangkari Malang City, Wulan Ari Trestiawan, on Wednesday (24/07/2019). After conducting an IVA examination or visual acetate inspection and clinical breast examination or sadanis, these police wives provided follow-up services in the form of Birth Certificates and KIA.
"The service and form of concern from Bhayangkari members, as well as in a series of commemoration of the 67th Bhayangkari Movement Unity Day. This time, dozens of Birth Certificates and KIA were given to the families of police, policewomen, ASN, residents, and casual workers," added the woman in the hijab.
By providing both population identities, she said, the child's administrative needs are met early on. "Birth Certificates and KIA are very important and are basic needs. Especially when children enter school age, the main requirement is to have both documents," explained Wulan.
The wife of the Deputy Chief of Malang City Police added that in this service, a newborn child who has a Birth Certificate issued will automatically also receive a KIA. "Related to this, because this service is indeed a package," she explained.
Meanwhile, Head of Dispendukcapil Malang City Dra. Eny Hari Sutiarny, MM said that this service is a form of synergy between the government and the Police. "Not only providing fast service, which is a maximum of three days, every administration of population is free of charge. I have often instructed this in my ranks, so that the service will be even more optimal," concluded Eny. (say/yon)
