Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji attended the inauguration and handover of the position of Head of the Malang Financial Services Authority (OJK) which was carried out at the OJK Malang Office, Jln. Letjen Sutoyo No. 109 – 111, Friday (9 / 8 / 2019).
Also attending the event were Acting Regent of Malang Drs. HM Sanusi, General Chairperson of MES Malang, Head of BI Malang Representative Office, and the leadership of Forkompinda Malang City.
The Mayor of Malang conveyed his congratulations and appreciation to the newly inaugurated Head of OJK. "Hopefully the tasks and responsibilities entrusted can be carried out as well as possible. Hopefully this activity can be a process of strengthening and sustaining the organization," he said.
Sutiaji emphasized the need to strengthen the existence and role of OJK offices in the regions in order to make the community more financially literate and intelligent and so that the community becomes more familiar with the duties and functions of OJK.
The badminton enthusiast hopes that OJK can become a center for information and complaints from the public as consumers of financial services so that the public can better understand financial services.
In addition, harmonious and sustainable cooperation between all stakeholders in Malang City is very necessary to improve the economy of the people of Malang City.
