Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government received a working visit (kunker) from the Samarinda City Government in the Meeting Room of the Malang City Hall, Wednesday (11/9/2019). The Head of the Malang City BPKAD Drs. Subkhan and the Head of the Organizational Section of the Malang City Secretariat Dwi Rahayu SH, M.Hum received the kunker from the Samarinda City Government led by the Assistant for General Administration of the Samarinda City Government, Dr. H. Ali Fitri Noor, MM.
The visit by the Samarinda City Government was carried out in the context of a study tour of the Work Accountability System (SAKIP) that has been implemented by the Malang City Government, considering that the Malang City Government's SAKIP score has reached BB.
And secondly, in the future, the Malang and Samarinda City Governments expressed their hope to be able to mutually increase the SAKIP value.
"I can say that due to these improvement efforts, the performance report of the Malang City Government has received a BB rating in the last three years, namely starting in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The performance report of the Malang City Government can be downloaded on the website https://malangkota.go.id," explained the Head of BPKAD Malang City Drs. Subkhan in his speech.
Furthermore, Subkhan said that the Malang City Government is always trying to improve its performance, starting from the planning system, budgeting system, and performance reporting system that is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system in accordance with applicable provisions, and is stated in the form of the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP).
"In order to improve SAKIP, the Malang City Government has carried out several actions, namely, review RPJMD through the improvement of regional performance indicators with Malang Mayor Regulation No. 30 of 2015, improvement of main performance through Malang Mayor Regulation No. 37 of 2015 concerning the Determination of Main Performance Indicators, review "The OPD Renstra through the improvement of OPD work indicators with the decision of the OPD head, improvement of performance agreements up to echelon IV, and quarterly reports on the evaluation of OPD achievements," he explained.
Meanwhile, the leader of the Samarinda City Government delegation, Ali Fitri Noor, in his speech conveyed his aim in conducting a study tour to the Malang City Government.
"We want to learn from our older brother, Malang City. It is noted that the people who come from East Java, specifically Malang people, in Samarinda City have reached a high percentage, so we want to invite the Malang City Government to develop together," he said. (Rn/Em/yon)
