Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the good relationship and synergy that has been built, PWI Malang Raya held an audience with the Malang City DPRD in the hall of the Malang City DPRD Office, Friday (20/09/2019). In this audience, the Temporary Chairperson of the Malang City DPRD, I Made Rian Diana Kartika was present and said he was ready to embrace the media in his performance.
Made said that in the future his party wants to build and create a better image of the DPRD, and truly become an extension of the people. "As representatives of the people in parliament, because we are elected by the people, we must walk hand in hand with the people," he said.
According to the PDI Perjuangan politician, the media has a big role so that what the people want and what the DPRD members do will be known.
"If there is a problem, then it should be discussed or resolved properly. Demonstrations are not the only way to find a solution. If so, then a conducive atmosphere will be created," said Made.
No less important, he said that in this parliament later there should not be the impression that there is a division of power and a fight for power, so that the dignity of the DPRD is well maintained. "We will forget the bad past and not get caught in the same hole for the second time," said Made.
The statement was agreed by the Chairman of PWI Malang Raya, M Ariful Huda. According to him, with good synergy, good two-way communication will be built as well. "The media will be a control for the performance of the executive and legislative, so all information and data must be transparent," he explained.
In this event, the Chairman of PWI Malang Raya handed over the SK to Made because as the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD he will also be one of the mentors of PWI Malang Raya. "From this appointment, in the future between the DPRD and the media crew, especially PWI Malang Raya, it will run well," added Arif. (say/yon)
