Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko gave motivation to the elderly while attending and opening the Karang Werdha Development and Karang Werdha Achievement Competition activities at the Malang City Level 2019 which were held at the Klojen District Hall, Monday (7/10/2019).
Deputy Mayor Sofyan Edi Jarwoko said that one of the keys to healthy living is to always be happy and joyful. Especially at an age that is no longer young, joy and happiness are one of the keys to being able to live healthily.
"To ensure that the elderly in Malang City are always healthy and happy, the government has made various breakthroughs, including holding today's activities," explained Edi, Monday (7/10).
Edi added, doing good and helping each other with everyone around is also very important. That is why his party strongly supports the Karang Werdha competition to be able to stimulate the elderly in Malang City to remain productive.
In addition, with this activity, it is expected that the Karang Werdha in Malang City can be more orderly in its administration as one of the keys to being able to work together to improve the welfare of the elderly. Where improving the welfare of the elderly cannot be done alone, but must require cooperation from all parties. (cah/yon)
