Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Communication and Informatics Agency (Kominfo) held the 2019 Digital Information Innovation and Creativity Award Night (AIKID) at the Savana Hotel, Malang City, Wednesday (16/10/2019).
AIKID 2019, which is an annual agenda of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, was attended by the Deputy Governor of East Java Dr. H. Emil Elastianto Dardak, M.Sc, Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji, Deputy Mayor of Malang, Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko, Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Malang City PKK TP, the Malang City Forkopimda, heads of OPDs within the Malang City Government along with website administrators, Heads of Public Junior High Schools throughout Malang City, and other invited guests.
Through this AIKID event, it is expected to spur and will be a trigger for other institutions. Not only government agencies and BUMD, because in this competition also given awards for Junior High Schools throughout Malang City.
This event received appreciation from the Deputy Governor of East Java Emil Elistianto Dardak. According to him, this event will be a trigger for ASN as public servants to be more advanced and creative.
"So far, students and other young people in this city (Malang) have a high interest in the digital world and that is extraordinary," he said.
Emil said that social media communities and activists are also growing rapidly and have a significant impact on the growth of the creative economy, so that Malang City will become a digital locomotive for East Java.
"In the future, various programs launched by the East Java Provincial Government can be pushed harder, such as to further introduce and advance Bromo Tengger Semeru tourism," he added.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si welcomed what the Deputy Governor of East Java said. In the future, her party will continue to encourage OPDs within the Malang City Government to be more creative and more innovative.
"One of the objectives of implementing AIKID is to provide a reference for the development and utilization of ICT in the Malang City Government environment, to accelerate development and to further strengthen the program. smart city" explained the woman in the hijab.
In this digital era, information technology is the key to success in various aspects of life. Tri Widyani reminded that in using social media, one should be wiser. And in this event, the Malang City Communication and Information Service has invited various elements of society to realize this through a declaration that was made at the opening of the activity.
