Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to bring Bakorwil III of East Java Province in Malang closer to the community and at the same time socialize the program East Java Super Corridor (EJSC) East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Bakorwil III of East Java Province in Malang conducted socialization activities for the EJSC program in nine regions in its working area.

The nine regions are Malang City, Malang Regency, Batu City, Blitar Regency, Blitar City, Pasuruan Regency, Pasuruan City, Sidoarjo Regency, and Surabaya City.
Head of the Malang Government and Development Coordination Agency, Benny Sampir Wanto, Thursday (14/11/2019) said that the socialization was packaged in the form of workshop which contains mentoring to improve the quality of human resources.
Participants in each workshop, he said, were 100 people, with each workshop theme being different from one another or according to the needs of the local area.
"The theme is adjusted to the contents of the EJSC program, namely the establishment of Millennial Job Center (MJC), digitalization of MSMEs, and East Java Provincial Government permits placed in Bakorwil, namely on Jl. Simpang Ijen No. 2, Malang City," added Benny.
In Pasuruan, he explained, the workshop was attended by MSME actors and was held on November 6, 2019. The theme was intellectual property rights, patents, and brands, with mentors coming from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the East Java Provincial Trade and Industry Office.
"The next day, on November 7, 2019, the workshop theme was infographics with participants from the Community Information Group, with mentors from Good News From Indonesia (GNFI) practitioners," explained the bespectacled man.
The next workshop, said Benny, will be held in Sidoarjo, which will be held on November 11 and will carry the theme of environmentally friendly products.zero waste with participants being MSME entrepreneurs. Mentors come from practitioners and environmental activists from Zerro Waste Indonesia.
"On November 12, a videographic workshop was held with participants from Karang Taruna and SMK students. Mentors were taken from GNFI practitioners, Satrio Utomo and Angger Tsu from Short Video and Creative Video," he explained.
“On November 20 and 21, a workshop will be held in Blitar with participants from the general public and communities taking the theme food photography. The next day, a workshop was also held at the same location with the theme online marketing, with participants from MSME actors. Mentors come from Google Business Group," he added.
Lastly, a workshop on tourism video was also held in Batu City on November 27 with participants from Tourism Vocational School and tourism village activists from Malang Raya, with mentors from Eksplore Indonesia. Then, start-up community branding workshop held in the same place, with participants from UMKM throughout Malang Raya and mentors from Gojek and Kita Bisa. (Say/yon)
