From the aspirations submitted, later the council members will immediately upload them on the website and the public can access them at any time.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said, through e-Pokir it will also answer the challenges of the era in the 4.0 era or in this era of technology, and to further strengthen the label of the launch of Malang City as a Smart City. On the other hand, in the future bureaucratic transparency will be better so that it will also help cut bureaucracy that seems complicated.
"Residents can monitor the progress of the aspirations conveyed and can provide suggestions or criticism, when what is proposed is not in accordance with the results. This e-Pokir is also a form of excellent service from the Malang City Government and the Malang City DPRD to the community, so that it will also support the success of various development programs," added the bespectacled man.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si. She said that e-Pokir is one of the effective ways and answers for council members, when they want to intensify their communication with the people.
"Technical guidance and socialization will continue to be carried out if possible. However, from the results of the socialization today, most of the council members can already operate e-Pokir well.
