Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji inaugurated and swore in 758 Primary High-Level Officials, Administrator Officials and Supervisory Officials within the Malang City Government, Tuesday (31/12/2019) at the Ken Arok GOR Malang.
In his remarks, the Mayor of Malang said that this inauguration was also a mandate from Government Regulation No. 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus which was followed up by the issuance of Malang City Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus.
It is hoped that with this inauguration, the Malang City Government will be able to form a regional apparatus organization that is appropriate in function and size through the principle of a lean structure and rich in function. "So that in the future it will be able to bring about improvements in public services and development processes in all areas of life," he said.
"Let us make this momentum to improve the best service to the community, so that from time to time the welfare of the community continues to increase, towards progress and competitiveness towards Bhumi Arema which is increasingly glorious and dignified," he added.
He also advised that the mandate given be carried out as well as possible, not only in providing professional services in carrying out the main tasks and functions carried out. But more than that, your performance is expected to be able to accelerate the realization of the success of various development programs in all sectors of life," he said again.
Underlining this, Sutiaji said that there is no such thing as a superior regional apparatus organization. There is no position that is superior to another or the term soft position, prima donna position and priority. All are in one system, in the same orbit.
One cannot possibly run well, without collaboration with the other. And the Malang City Government will not be able to realize its vision and mission if solidity cannot be built.
"One of them is by immediately accelerating work quickly and in an integrated manner. Which means there needs to be unity of movement from top to bottom. So strengthen communication and coordination to realize all of that," he invited. (Ts/yon)
