Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang City Government held the Signing of the 2020 Performance Agreement in the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, Tuesday (21/1/2020). This activity was attended by the Mayor of Malang, Deputy Mayor of Malang, and Heads of Regional Apparatus within the Malang City Government.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji in his speech revealed the current trend of people asking for fast, better and less complicated services. He hopes that with the signing of a performance agreement like this, it can further improve the performance of the regional apparatus in Malang City.
"This performance agreement is to provide motivation to all regional apparatuses to be more enthusiastic in working," explained Sutiaji, Tuesday (21/1/2020).
Many assessments will be conducted, be it monthly, quarterly or year-end assessments with the hope that the performance of all regional apparatuses in Malang City will improve. "The assessments will later become a benchmark for each regional apparatus," said Sutiaji.
Where with this activity, every job certainly has implications that accompany it, whether when working well the results will be good, if working is not good it will also have an impact on the City of Malang as well.
This activity, Sutiaji said, is expected not only to be documentation, more than that it must be able to be an important record of what must be achieved. If what is done is not in accordance with what was promised, of course there will be sanctions. (cah/yon)
