Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Head of the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) of East Java Province Drs. Ec. Jonathan Judyanto, M.MT opened the Basic Education (Diksar) LXXIII and the Implementing Cadre Course (Suskalak) XXXVI of the Mahasurya East Java Student Regiment (Menwa) 2020 which was held at the Dodikjur Field of Rindam V/Brawijaya, Monday (3/2/2020).
Acting as the ceremony inspector representing the Governor of East Java, Jonathan said that Menwa are the intellectuals who are the hope of the nation. By undergoing this activity, he hopes that the participants can improve their capacity and quality so that Menwa has a role in the progress of the nation. "From here, participants can practice discipline, love for the homeland and maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia," said Jonathan, Monday (3/2).
Through this basic training and suskalak which is scheduled to last for the next three weeks, according to Jonathan, it will be a very valuable provision for life experience in the future. Where as a student, not only studying but more than that, also forging themselves into reliable future leaders.
Jonathan added, after they went through the training in Malang and returned to their respective campuses, the participants wanted to dedicate themselves to the interests of the campus, society, nation and state.
Not only helping with security in the campus area, more than that, they are also active in various other humanitarian activities. Starting from participating in giving color to campus life, guarding the campus from being penetrated by radicalism to helping with disaster management. "This activity is very good. We hope that all participants will take it seriously so that the knowledge gained can be a provision when they return," Jonathan hoped. (cah/yon)
