Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) is again holding a Journalism Work Competition to enliven the 2020 National Press Day. Various attractive prizes have been prepared for the winners of the competition which carries the theme 'Corruption Prevention in Order to Increase PAD from the Tax Sector'.

The chairman of PWI Malang Raya and also the committee of the competition, Ariful Huda, said that the competition has been opened and journalistic works that are submitted are limited until April 10, 2020. "The hope is that through this activity, media personnel can contribute to campaigning for the prevention of corruption and help the government increase regional original income," explained Arif, Thursday (13/2/2020).
This journalistic work competition is divided into several categories, namely print media works, online media works, television media works, journalistic works specifically for students. (tax goes to school) and journalism special for students (tax goes to campus). The assessment criteria include originality of ideas, theme suitability, creativity and innovation, and others. Each category will receive a prize of four million rupiah for the first winner, three million rupiah for the second winner, and two million rupiah for the third winner.
Meanwhile, the Head of Bapenda Malang City Ir. Ade Herawanto, MT said that this journalistic product creativity competition event was to enliven HPN 2020 and welcome the 106th Anniversary of Malang City. "We hope that this activity can also present new innovations born from the thoughts of journalists," he hoped.
The jury that will assess the work of the participants in this competition includes the Mayor of Malang, the Director General of Taxes of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, the Korsupgah Team of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission, the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD, and senior press figures.
