According to him, all ASN must be very committed and consistent with various data so that when needed at any time it can be found immediately. All outgoing and incoming letters must be well documented, especially now that technology is very sophisticated.
Some of these things were conveyed when opening the 2020 OPD Vital Archives Rescue Socialization at the Savana Hotel, Tuesday (18/02/2020). So far, he said, the Malang City government environment for storage and documentation still needs improvement and further improvement, because it will also support the performance of ASN.
Regarding this, the bespectacled man said that there would be investors to build a big data server or data center. In some areas, making it is quite difficult because the costs are very high, in Malang City it is worth being grateful because there are investors who are interested. "Later we will prepare a place and the investment is around Rp2,5 trillion. Malang City does need a data center, where this is in line with technological advances and considering the importance of data," added Sutiaji.
In fact, according to him, with the sophistication of today's technology we can use artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence. However, Malang City still needs the data center, for the security of various documents. "Before heading there, there must be an understanding from all parties that any document in the government is vital data," continued Sutiaji.
This data center, he explained, requires high electrical power, must not be turned off, must be constant and air humidity is very important. "We have seen in Bandung, the investment value reaches IDR 60 billion. If in Malang City there are those interested in investing, it is possible that it will not be that big. What needs to be remembered is that so far Malang City is still lacking in administrative order and this is an important concern for all to be fixed immediately," explained Sutiaji.
