(malangkota.go.id) – The fulfillment of supporting facilities and infrastructure in an educational institution is one of the keys to producing graduates or superior and competitive human resources. In relation to this, the Indonesian Ministry of Finance has distributed funding to a number of educational institutions sourced from State Sharia Securities (SBSN). The program, which began in 2013, has so far distributed more than Rp118 billion.

The financing of this project is a synergy of policies from several ministries/institutions, namely the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic of Indonesia/National Development Planning Agency (Ministry of PPN/Bappenas) and related ministries/agencies.
Assistance to finance these priority projects or activities uses funds sourced from the financial market. While the government securities instruments used are sharia-based and issued by the government since 2008.
These are some of the things conveyed by the Director General of Financing and Risk Management, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Luky Alfirman, Thursday (05/02/2020) when reviewing a number of assistance projects from SBSN in Batu City and Malang City. Over the past seven years, the number of these projects, said Luky, was 2.939 in eight ministries/institutions and spread across 34 provinces.
Various conveniences and flexibilities in the implementation of the SBSN project were deliberately designed by policy makers, in this case the Ministry of Finance and Bappenas. The program is intended to support the business process of implementing a simple, easy and safe project for all parties involved in the planning and implementation process. "However, the SBSN project still allows ministries/institutions to implement the project properly and produce high-quality output," he explained.
This method, Luky explained, is one of the breakthroughs made by the Ministry of Finance so that educational institutions in Indonesia continue to improve, so that in the end it will produce graduates or superior human resources who are highly competitive in this technological era. (say/yon)
