Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to implement the policy One Agency One Innovation and to capture public service innovations from regional apparatus or service units within the Malang City Government to improve the quality of service to the community, the Organizational Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat held the 2020 Malang City Public Service Innovation Competition (KIPP).
The KIPP presentation and interview stage was held at the Aria Gajayana Hotel in Malang City, Monday (16/03/2020) attended by participants from regional apparatuses within the Malang City Government. Participants presented public service innovations that were included in the KIPP with a total time allocation of approximately 25 minutes consisting of ten minutes of presentation and fifteen minutes for a question and answer session.
Several regional apparatuses and service units present innovations in their types of services, such as learning methods, environmental conservation, waste processing, and new methods in public services.
Later, after undergoing presentation and interview sessions, participants will be screened and determined to be the six best public service innovations. From the six best, the three best will be selected who will later be included in the KIPP event at the East Java Province level and the National SINOVIK (Public Service Innovation System) Competition.
The KIPP Malang City 2020 Jury Board consists of Wawan Sobari, S.IP, MA., Ph,D (academic of FISIP UB Malang, National SINOVIK Jury), Ir. Dina Limanto (East Java Provincial Coordinator of OGP-EDP Performance, Provincial KOVABLIK Jury), and Rachmad Wahyu K, S.STP, M.IP (Head of Public Service Administration Sub-Division, Organization Bureau, East Java Provincial Secretariat, Provincial KOVABLIK Jury).
