Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In the midst of the morning assembly of employees in the Malang City Government environment which was held in the yard of the Malang City Hall, Monday (24/8/2020), the handover of certificates for the PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration) program and land certificates for Malang City Government assets was also carried out. Present at this activity were the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji, Deputy Mayor of Malang, Regional Secretary of Malang City, and Head of the Malang City BPN.

The handover of land certificates for Malang City Government assets amounted to 106 plots with details of 61 plots from routine activities and 45 plots from PTSL activities, as well as 760 plots of land certificates to the people of Malang City with details in Gadang Village as many as 300 plots, Kedungkandang Village 150 plots, Buring Village 100 plots, Bumiayu Village 60 plots, Bandungrejosari Village 100 plots, and Wonokoyo Village 50 plots.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said that in mid-2020, 106 plots have been completed, and the next target is more than 140 more plots that must be completed by the Malang City Government so that they can be certified this year.
"Next year we are targeting double that, we ask that at least 300 can be completed so that more than 4.000 city government assets that we hope will legally belong to all of us," said Sutiaji.
The National Land Agency Office of Malang City has implemented certification through the PTSL program for land plots in Malang City. 2020 is the fourth year of PTSL implementation in the Malang City area.
In 2020, the Malang City Land Office is targeted to be able to carry out measurements by issuing 3.500 land plot maps and issuing land title certificates for 3.020 plots. From this target, 1.903 certificates have been issued to date.
Through the PTSL program, it is expected that by 2021 all land areas in the Malang City area have been measured and land title certificates have been issued so that Malang City will become a Complete City in land registration. "Legality is indeed important so as to minimize conflicts in the field," explained Sutiaji.
Meanwhile, Head of BPN Malang City Sulam Samsul said that before September 24, 2020, it is targeted that all land certificates for 3.020 plots can be completed. "Currently, 1.093 plots or almost 70 percent have been completed," he said. (cah/yon)
