Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji delivered a virtual presentation of SAKIP to the Evaluation Team of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) of the Republic of Indonesia at the Ngalam Command Center (NCC) Room, Malang City Hall, Wednesday (02/09/2020).
SAKIP is the Government Agency Performance Accountability System, where this system is an integration of the planning system, budgeting system and performance reporting system, which is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system.
The Mayor of Malang explained various results of the performance of regional apparatus (PD) which had previously been assessed by the Malang City Inspectorate. From the results of the assessment, the majority of the performance of regional apparatus was good and received an A predicate and some even received an AA grade. "This achievement is the result of hard work by all parties and excellent synergy between OPDs," he said.
In the context of efficiency, the bespectacled man also reported on the streamlining of several PDs, such as the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service which is now merged into the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service, and the Tourism Service which is merged into the Youth and Sports Service to become the Youth, Sports and Tourism Service (Disporapar). Thus, the performance of ASN will be more effective and optimally integrated.
In another presentation, Sutiaji also conveyed the existence of the SiBansos application, so that the distribution of various social assistance from the government does not overlap and is right on target. Because during the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a lot of social assistance distributed by the central government through a number of ministries, social assistance from the Governor and the Malang City Government. However, in its implementation, each head of the family is only entitled to one social assistance, so a qualified system must be used.
In addition, the Malang City Government has also collaborated with the Banyuwangi Regency Government in various fields, including: e-Planning and e-Budgeting. The Mayor of Malang also presented data on economic growth and the community development index of Malang City which are starting to improve. And no less interesting is the ASN professionalism index which also has a good predicate.
Another work program, which will soon be implemented in the Malang City Government environment, is that ASN work smart and do not have to be in the office for up to eight hours every day. "ASN can work from home according to the target, and those who excel will receive special awards. Those whose performance declines for a specified period of time will receive sanctions," said Sutiaji.
Meanwhile, the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Accountability, Apparatus and Supervision of the Ministry of PANRB, Agusdin Muttakin, appreciated everything presented by the Mayor of Malang. He hopes that what was conveyed is in accordance with the facts on the ground, so that it will also have an impact on optimal public services.
Agusdin also gave input, so that ASN in all regional apparatuses work according to their duties and responsibilities, and every year there must be a significant increase, because SAKIP is implemented every year.
"The preparation of all reports related to SAKIP should be complete and made carefully, so that the Malang City Government can again get a good predicate. If last year it got an A, then this year it should be at least A+," he hoped. (say/yon)
