Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency (Disnaker-PMPTSP) of Malang City held a webinar 'Electronic-Based Integrated One-Stop Service Towards Excellent Service' in Ngalam Command Center (NCC) Malang City Hall, Wednesday (23/9/2020). This webinar was attended by the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji.
Head of Disnaker-PMPTSP Malang City Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT in his speech said that one of the goals of this activity is to strengthen the governance of licensing and non-licensing services. The reason is that currently there are a total of 129 types of licensing and non-licensing in Malang City.
Through this webinar, it is also one of the stages of preparation for the realization of the Public Service Mall (MPP) which is expected to further improve excellent service in Malang City. The service principles include simple, clear, safe, transparent, efficient, fair and timely aspects.
With various regulations that facilitate licensing services, it is hoped that investment in Malang City can continue to grow, so that various conveniences for investors or capital investors in managing permits must continue to be made easier.
Especially in the current era where there has been an economic downturn due to the Covid 19 pandemic, which until now is not clear when it will end, innovation is needed that will make it easier for people to develop their businesses.
The Malang City Manpower and PMPTSP Office is currently developing two electronic services that will make it easier for the public to take care of permits, namely by confirming... online single submission (OSS) developed by the central government and the online permit system application or izol developed by Malang City since last year. "Izol is currently continuing to develop, while there are 35 types of permits and non-permits that can be accessed through izol from 129 types of business permits," said Erik.
Some permits and non-permits that can be accessed through izol include Trade Business License (SIUP), Company Registration Certificate (TDP), doctor's practice permit, research certificate, new normal permit. Disnaker-PMPTSP is also submitting a national registration certificate for electronic signatures. (cah/yon)
