Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government received a working visit from the Pematangsiatar City Government of North Sumatra Province at the Malang City Hall Meeting Room, Wednesday (21/10/2020). This working visit was received by the Head of the Government Section of the Malang City Secretariat Drs. Prayitno, M.Si.
The group from the Pematangsiantar City Government consisted of 18 people led by the Head of the Pematangsiantar City Government Governance Division, Monaria Titonica AR Zendrato and the Head of Public Relations Division of the Pematangsiantar City Government, M. Hamam Soleh.
In his remarks, the Head of the Government Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Prayitno, said that the Malang City Government had developed an integrated, effective and efficient public service system by building... Block Office (integrated office) located in the eastern area of Malang City.
One of them is the licensing process service carried out by the Department of Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services of Malang City and has become a leading program in the public sector, and has received recognition from the central government by being awarded the Citra Pelayanan Prima award.
In addition, Prayitno mentioned that various regional apparatuses also have superior programs in providing services to the community, such as the Sambat Rene Ker application which won the Top 30 Public Service Complaint Management 2019 award held by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB).
In 2020, Malang City successfully won the Top 45 Public Service Innovation award through the Sepasar Pedas (Smart Trader Market School) Innovation developed by the Malang City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service.
"Of course, what has been achieved is a responsibility for the Malang City Government to be able to maintain and improve public service tasks even better," said Prayitno.
In order to support this achievement, government officials including sub-districts and districts must be able to encourage and motivate to maximize every potential that exists in each region.
Meanwhile, Head of Governance of Pematangsiantar City Government Monaria Titonica AR Zendrato in his speech expressed his gratitude for receiving the working visit of Pematangsiantar City Government at the Malang City Government office. He said that this visit was the second visit after the previous one was conducted in 2019. (MF/yon)
