Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji inspected the Rampal Celaket Health Center, Wednesday (21/10/2020). The things that were of concern were regarding health facilities, infrastructure, and services considering that the Rampal Celaket Health Center was one of the health centers prepared for the Healthy Health Center Competition.
Malang Mayor Sutiaji revealed that he deliberately saw firsthand the services at the Rampal Celaket Health Center which is a Primary Health Facility (FKTP). According to him, overall the FKTP at this Health Center is quite good.
"We want to always provide the best service for the community. Overall, FKTP (Rampal Celaket Health Center) is quite good," explained the Mayor of Malang, Wednesday (21/10/2020).
Although it is good, Sutiaji said there are still some supporting facilities that need to be added to support visitor comfort, such as adding television so that people feel comfortable while waiting in line. "Also maximize online queues, because this is very effective," he said.
Regarding the review of the Health Center, Sutiaji said that it was not only related to the Covid-19 problem, but also to ensuring the service system at the Malang City FKTP.
From direct observation, the Mayor of Malang saw that the service system provided had met the health protocol standards, starting from initial services, to medical personnel using complete personal protective equipment (PPE). (cah/yon)
