Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government received assistance in the form of 1.000 probiotic herbal supplements from PT HM Sampoerna to be distributed at the Malang City Hall, Thursday (12/11/2020). Before being distributed to the community, this assistance from PT HM Sampoerna was symbolically handed over to the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji.
He said, before this assistance was given, during the Covid-19 pandemic, PT HM Sampoerna had provided assistance several times. Starting from disinfectant assistance, PPE, masks, PCR machine assistance and this time probiotic assistance. "We accept this assistance to then distribute it to those who really need it," explained Sutiaji, Thursday (12/11/2020).
Regional Engagement and Sustainability Manager of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, Kukuh Kristianto, said that this assistance was 1.000 bottles of probiotics. This is still the first stage of assistance from a total of 2.000 bottles that will be provided by PT HM Sampoerna. "This assistance of 1.000 bottles is based on the experience of PT HM Sampoerna employees whose immunity increased after being given probiotics," said Kukuh.
With increased immunity, it can automatically increase the body's immunity. This is effective and successful, proven by 4.000 employees of PT HM Sampoerna in Malang who are all free from Covid-19. "For the second phase of probiotic assistance, we will provide it in December," said Kukuh. (cah/yon)
