Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the performance of state civil servants (ASN) within the Malang City Government, the Malang City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKSDM) is organizing resources by promoting and transferring 213 ASN.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji revealed that the decision to transfer echelon III and echelon IV officials was made with careful consideration. This is for refreshment in order to provide better services to the community.
"This mutation is in accordance with existing regulations," explained Sutiaji at the inauguration ceremony. Administrator and Supervisory Positions in the Malang City Government at the Pertamina Building, SMKN 2 Malang City, Wednesday (18/11/2020).
With this mutation, it is expected that ASN will be able to carry out their mandate and duties better. Because carrying out a mandate is something very sacred, deep to maintain dedication, commitment and integrity. "The length of time a state official has been carrying out his duties is a consideration to avoid unwanted things," said Sutiaji.
This is also considered as an attempt to have actions or services that are not appropriate and violate the rules. Through this activity, it is expected to improve the performance of the Malang City Government amidst the increasing demands of the community. (cah/ram/yon)
