This time the greening movement was held in the RW 4 area of Pandanwangi Village, Blimbing District, Malang City, Saturday (5/12/2020).
Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko said that considering that it is still the rainy season, the tree planting movement is very good to do. "Let's together green the city of Malang with trees so that this city can be cool, fresh, healthy again like before," said Bung Edi, Sofyan Edi Jarwoko's nickname.
If more plants are planted, the environment will be more beautiful and healthy because the oxygen produced by plants is very good for improving environmental quality.
"If the environment is good, it will certainly support the efforts of residents to maintain health. Therefore, I invite all people to plant trees and love the environment," said Bung Edi.
Bung Edi said it is not only about planting, but also maintaining and caring for what is planted, so that it can grow well and develop well.
