(malangkota.go.id) – Entering the second week of December 2020, Indonesian people in several regions will exercise their voting rights in the Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) which will fall on December 9, 2020. Following up on this, PT Pertamina (Persero) Jatimbalinus Regional Marketing ensures the supply of Fuel Oil (BBM) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to remain prime and optimal in the Jatimbalinus area ahead of the simultaneous regional elections.

Pertamina Regional Jatimbalinus has also prepared all distribution institutions such as gas stations and LPG bases and agents in prime and optimal condition and is on standby. Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) to make it easier for the public to order Pertamina products.
Executive General Manager of Pertamina Regional Jatimbalinus, CD Sasongko said that in anticipation of the Pilkada holiday, Pertamina Pemasaran Regional Jatimbalinus welcomed it by preparing public services in fulfilling the needs of BBM and LPG to continue operating and meeting the needs of the community. "We ensure that all operations are operating normally and safely ahead of the 2020 Pilkada Holiday," he said, Monday (07/12/2020).
He also said that of the 15 Fuel Terminals, 3 Integrated Terminals and 13 Aircraft Refueling Depots (DPPU) were confirmed to be in a safe condition to serve the public in the 2020 Pilkada. "We also ensure that the stock is in a safe position to meet the needs of BBM and LPG in Jatimbalinus," he added.
In addition, Pertamina has also put a task force (Satgas) on standby that has been operating since Monday (7/12/2020) until Christmas and early 2021. "This Satgas Team will later play a special role in monitoring and coordinating the distribution of BBM and LPG, starting from stock needs, stock strengthening, smooth distribution, to monitoring conditions in the field," he continued.
As of December 6, 2020, Pertamina Jatimbalinus Regional Marketing has distributed 5,3 million KL of Gasoline fuel, 2,4 million KL of Gasoil fuel, and 1,5 million MT of LPG to communities in East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara.
To continue to carry out its duties to serve the community to remote areas, Pertamina Pemasaran Regional Jatimbalinus also presents BBM Satu Harga. "In 2020, to provide energy access to people in the corners of the country, Pertamina Pemasaran Regional Jatimbalinus has realized 13 BBM Satu Harga points from the Target of 21 BBM Satu Harga points in 2020.
