Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Patrol Taru (Monitor and Control Spatial Planning) application is a program initiated by the Directorate General of Land and Space Control and Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia. This program is in collaboration with city-district governments in order to support the control of space utilization involving community participation.

The grant program was first launched in 2018 in Medan City. This year, in addition to Badung Regency-Bali, Malang City also received it because it has met a number of requirements and satisfactory assessments from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning in 2019, so that in the future, urban planning in this City of Education is expected to be even better.
Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji after the virtual launch of the application in the Room Ngalam Command Center Malang City Hall, Wednesday (16/12/2020) admitted that it will continue to make improvements and organize the city by involving various parties.
According to him, especially this time every citizen will also become a control media which will later also be monitored by the Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning because it is IT-based through an application.
"That Malang City has been chosen because of its highest score yesterday, namely in terms of its superstructure has been built. So the RT-RW, RDTR has been built well, and now it's just a matter of supervision. This application will be the one to oversee it because so far the regulations have been there but no one to oversee it," added the bespectacled man.
