Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government through the Klojen District held a Sub-district Level Pre-Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) in the context of Compiling the 2021 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) in the hall of the Klojen District Office, Wednesday (27/01/2021).

Present at this activity were the Regional Secretary of Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH., MH, Head of Klojen District Heru Mulyono, S.IP., MT, members of the Malang City DPRD, the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Malang City, representatives of the Malang City regional apparatus, representatives of sub-districts in Klojen District.
Heru Mulyono said that the social conditions of the community in Klojen District were very compact, as was evident during the implementation of the sub-district Musrenbang which was very dynamic and produced... output which has been recorded in the regional apparatus information system. The results of this pre-musrenbang will later become material during the implementation of the sub-district musrenbang which is planned to be held on February 3, 2021.
The results of the musrenbang of each sub-district in Klojen District that have been submitted and discussed in this pre-musrenbang activity are 922 proposals. The activities proposed from the 2022 Malang City APBD through sub-district and sub-district apparatuses are 583 proposals, while through the technical regional apparatus there are 339 activity proposals divided into activities in the field of regional infrastructure facilities and infrastructure, government and human development, and economics and human resources.
Meanwhile, Wasto in his presentation said that the performance achievements of the Malang City Government have increased from year to year. It can be seen from the 2018 Human Development Index (HDI) which was at 80,89 and in 2020 it rose to 81,45. This HDI is seen from 3 indicators, namely education, health, and purchasing power and per capita income. Economic growth has increased from 5,72% in 2018 to 5,73% in 2019.
"For the policy direction in 2022, there are four. First, increasing access and quality of education, health, and other basic services. Second, maintaining the stability of purchasing power and social protection. Third, increasing economic infrastructure and social facilities and infrastructure," said Wasto.
Fourth, he continued, economic recovery through strengthening the creative industry of the community to create socio-economic independence. This is in line with the existence of thematic villages and promising cultural heritage locations in Klojen District. So that the development of the creative economy in the future is very possible.
In addition, Wasto said that the RKPD is a compilation of musrenbang, regional apparatus renstra, main ideas, provincial and central programs, and for classifying proposals in the RKPD using the basis of Permendagri Number 90 of 2019 concerning Classification, Codification and Nomenclature of Regional Development and Financial Planning.
"The strategy is how to make Klojen's proposal more optimal and maximal, apart from being accommodated by the regional apparatus as the incumbent, it can also be through the main ideas of the council's proposal. That will be easier. Please propose with the style and language of communication, politeness of each to the regional representatives," explained Wasto.
Wasto also appreciated the activities of Pra Musrenbang Klojen District and hoped that the struggle to propose programs for the sake of society, the people, and all those in need could be an investment of worship for all. (eka/ram)
