Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – The Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji led the oath-taking and inauguration of high-ranking pratama leadership positions, administrator positions, and supervisory positions within the Malang City Government. The inauguration of 31 state civil servants (ASN) was held in the Meeting Room of the Malang City Hall, Monday (8/2/2021). The purpose of the inauguration of the positions is to improve the performance of the ranks of the Malang City Government.
According to the Mayor of Malang, the decision to take the oath of office and inauguration of several ASN of Malang City Government is something common. "Before the mutation, of course, it has gone through various performance assessment processes. With this shift in position, it is hoped that the leaders can carry out their mandate well. So that they can provide the best service to the community," explained Sutiaji.
To transfer someone's position, continued Sutiaji, it must be in accordance with the performance assessment. The mechanism must report to the State Civil Service Commission (KASN). Related to the existence of services and agencies that are still experiencing a leadership vacuum, be it in the Health Service; Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade Service (Diskopindag), Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo), Transportation Service (Dishub), and the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKSDM).
The four services and agencies are still held by acting officials (Plt) until the job auction process is completed. The plan is, to fill these vacant positions, a job auction process will be carried out on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. "Currently, the selection committee (Pansel) related to high-ranking leadership positions (JPT) has been formed and is ready to conduct selection for vacant regional government positions," said Sutiaji.
Furthermore, Sutiaji added, the mutation of several officials is also one way to speed up the job auction process. Because if the mutation is not carried out, of course those who are auctioned will continue to ask questions.
The names of those inaugurated include Drs. Mulyono, M.Si (Assistant for Government and Public Welfare of the Regional Secretary of Malang City), Sri Winarni, SH (Assistant for General Administration of the Regional Secretary of Malang City), Drs. Nuzul Nurcahyono (Expert Staff for Economics and Finance of Malang City), Zulkifli Amrizal, S.Sos., M.Si (Secretary of the Regional People's Representative Council of Malang City), Dr. Handi Priyanto, AP, M.Si (Head of the Regional Revenue Agency of Malang City), Dra. Rinawati, MM (Head of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Malang City), Suwarjana, SE., MM (Head of the Education and Culture Agency of Malang City), Drs. Wahyu Setianto, MM (Head of the Environmental Agency of Malang City), Ir. Sapto Prapto Santoso, M.Si (Head of the Public Library and Regional Archives Agency of Malang City), Ir. Ade Herawanto, MT (Head of the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Malang City), Aryadi Wardoyo, S.STP., M.Si (Head of Blimbing District).
Meanwhile, the other 20 ASN who were inaugurated were administrator positions and supervisory positions in the Malang City Government. (cah/ram)
