Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji gives direction during technical guidance activities for state administrative officials at the Regent's Park Hotel

State administration is a state administration that carries out functions to organize government affairs, both at the center and in the regions. This technical guidance is a forum for transferring knowledge and skills. Every action is not free from legal consequences, especially as a state apparatus.

"The purpose of this technical guidance is for our administration to be in accordance with regulations. Hopefully the material presented in the technical guidance can be applied well in their respective workplaces," said the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, Wednesday (10/03/2021).

In his direction, Sutiaji also revealed that accuracy is a must and a key that must be done. He also encouraged every government apparatus, especially those in contact with state administration to be able to take knowledge and implement the materials of this technical guidance.

"Intention, process and result must be linear. Because if the intention is good but the process is not good, then of course there will be problems. Follow the process and stages, there should be no violations," said Sutiaji.

Sutiaji hopes that existing policies are not contradictory and must be based on accurate data, so strengthening and updating data is important. Sutiaji reminded that the sub-district is one of the front lines for public services so that the performance of the apparatus needs to be improved.

“Implement the material delivered. Serve the community well. Today must be better than yesterday. Show a good work ethic. The goal is achievement. Hopefully this transfer of knowledge and skills can be useful for our service to the community,” concluded Sutiaji. (ari/ram)
