Mama Ni's Sambal is increasingly shaking the tongue

Starfruit, (malangkota.go.id) – Starting from a passion for making chili sauce, Heni Wardani, a resident of Plaosan Permai Estate A-47, has become an entrepreneur. Her expertise in making various chili sauces has made this Mama Ni branded product now flooded with orders from all over the country.

Heni Wardani said that the business of making chili sauce never left her hobby of making chili sauce since she was a child. Initially, she used to make chili sauce and it was liked by her friends and finally the idea came to her to start a chili sauce business. "Back around September 2013, I started a chili sauce business. At that time, there was only one flavor variant," explained Heni.

The name of the Mama Ni chili sauce, she said, is inseparable from her daily nickname. Because she felt it was suitable, she finally made it a trademark for the chili sauce that was sold. Now, after 8 years have passed, her business continues to grow. Heni markets it through social media to supermarkets, and regularly participates in exhibitions. "Initially there was only one flavor variant, now there are 23 flavor variants," said Heni when met by the Kendedes Media Center, Wednesday (24/3/2021).

To create flavor variants, Heni gets her own inspiration and sometimes according to customer requests. She offers her products per bottle for Rp23.000 and also sells them in the form of economy packages, namely package 1 contains three bottles for Rp68.000 and package 2 contains six bottles for Rp130.000.
