Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – A total of 50 participants from entrepreneurs, labor unions, labor unions and other stakeholders attended the socialization event of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Omnibus Law) Employment Cluster in the field of wages at the Atria Hotel, Tuesday (30/03/2021).

From the event led by the Department of Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services (Disnaker PMPTSP) of Malang City, it is one of the government's commitments, especially the Malang City Government, so that various parties understand the regulations comprehensively.
Head of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST., MT said that this event is expected to help boost the economic and social sectors of the community. "Referring to the Job Creation Law is also an effort by the government to continue to open the investment tap. In this case, other cities and districts are also implementing the same thing. So that in the future it will have an impact on the creation of wider employment opportunities," he said.
Erik further said that the various regulations in the Job Creation Law must be known by all parties. Especially, business actors in Malang City, so that they and related parties understand and can learn from the central government's policies. Thus, it will later realize a dignified and progressive Malang City.
No less important, Erik explained, with the socialization of this regulation, in the future there will be no more parties who will be disadvantaged in carrying out the initial process from the workers or job providers. "With the wider and easier job market, it will be a positive thing," he concluded. (say/ram)
