In the midst of seeing the graffiti that had caught the attention of netizens, Sutiaji said that this activity was a form of appreciation from the City Government towards the community and graffiti art. "We appreciate our friends who enjoy making graffiti art. Which may have previously seemed bad, but actually this graffiti art needs to be explored," said Sutiaji.

According to him, through graffiti that beautifies and embellishes the Kedungkandang Bridge, it can show that empty spaces can also be used to convey moral messages. "At the first door I was also interested in the writing Malangkuceçwara, which I often convey. That is a moral message, so living in this world should not be arbitrary, everything must have its limits," explained Sutiaji.

In the future, the Malang City Government hopes to continue to work together with PT Inti Daya Aneka Warna (Indana) in beautifying this bridge. Not only at this point, but also at other points. To maximize it, the one above will be painted again, and decorative lights will be planned. When asked which graffiti was his favorite, Sutiaji said that he liked all of the graffiti.

"We appreciate all, the moral message is good. I think the one that opened with Malangkuceçwara is the one I value the most. Malangkuceçwara is Malang with dignity, which means that in fact we as fellow human beings should not feel the greatest, the only one who is great is God. So if you live in the world, yes you have to respect each other," explained Sutiaji.

The plan is to have more colorful paint for the right and left sides of the bridge, not much writing. He also said that there might be a raised image whose tridinya is included but there is no writing, it is feared that it can make the concentration of passing motorists and reading are divided so that it is prone to accidents.

"It's dangerous if people read the writing and don't focus. So just colorful paint, maybe there could be a raised image (3D) but no writing," said Sutiaji.

In the graffiti review activity on the Kedungkandang Bridge, Sutiaji was accompanied by the Director of PT Indana, Steven Antonius Sugiharto, the Head of Kedungkandang District Donny Sanndito W, S.STP., M.Si, the Head of the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service, Muhamad Nur Widianto, S.Sos, and related agencies. "Later there will be two activities Insha Allah here, skateboarding and mini basketball. We will make that this year Insh Allah," concluded Sutiaji. (eka/ram)
