"Currently, Bapenda has an e-SPPT application so that if taxpayers do not receive the PBB SPPT, they can open and print it themselves by entering the tax object number at pajak.malangkota.go.id/sppt. So there is no reason for taxpayers not to receive the SPPT, because the public can check and even print it themselves. For payments, they have also collaborated with various payment models so this is very easy," explained Sutiaji.

Bapenda is working with Bank Jatim to improve the application in terms of payments. With the development, taxpayers who previously paid through Bapenda or Bank Jatim can also make payments at the nearest modern stores such as Indomaret, Alfamart, marketplaces such as Tokopedia and payment applications such as Gopay.

"I have tried to make a tax payment, just mention the tax object number, make the payment, then it will automatically connect to Bapenda. So taxpayers will find it easier to make their payments," explained Sutiaji.

Sutiaji also launched several other online-based public services. First, the Si Apel application or Electronic Service Application Information System by the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service.
