"The four development themes are outlined in the seven development agendas of East Java. First, the recovery of the people's economy by increasing the added value of the secondary sector and tourism. Second, strengthening connectivity between regions in an effort to equalize development results and improve infrastructure services," explained the former Minister of Social Affairs.
