Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – Young Generation Women of the Communication Forum for Sons and Daughters of Retired TNI/Polri (GM FKPPI) of Malang City commemorated Kartini Day 2021 by holding a cooking competition and talk show at the Dharma Sabha Pepabri hall, Jalan Panglima Sudirman 104 Malang, Wednesday (21/4/2021).

Deputy Mayor of Malang, Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko accompanied by Deputy Chairperson of TP PKK Malang City Elly Estiningtyas Jarwoko, ST appreciated what the GM women of FKPPI Malang City did. Where during the Covid-19 pandemic they were still very enthusiastic about being creative, including to commemorate Kartini Day.
"The creative efforts made in the midst of a pandemic are something extraordinary. This should be supported and continuously encouraged so that it can bring benefits," explained Bung Edi, Sofyan Edi Jarwoko's nickname.
The many skills possessed by female GM FKPPI must continue to be nurtured well, so that they can become various profitable businesses. With all the potential they have, the results of these skills will certainly be very good to be developed into future businesses.
"This activity is supported by quite good media. So hopefully in the future FKPPI products can be better known," said Bung Edi.
According to Bung Edi, if a hobby is done wholeheartedly it can produce and increase family income. Through this hobby, the Deputy Mayor of Malang hopes to increase people's income.
"FKPPI has done all of that. Hopefully what has been done can really be in accordance with expectations. Together with FKPPI, the culinary of the Malang youths will hopefully be better known and become world-class," he concluded.
In line with Bung Edi, Deputy Chairperson of TP PKK Malang City Elly Estiningtyas Jarwoko hopes that women can play a role in improving the welfare of families. Including in this case improving the welfare of families by providing and making healthy and nutritious food intake. (cah/ram)
