Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – In a few days, Muslims around the world will celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1442 Hijri. Usually, before the holiday, various foods and drinks are prepared for a feast when gathering with relatives.
La Ge, Nastar with Homemade Pineapple Jam
For most families, besides chicken opor, rendang, sambal goreng hati, and ketupat, the typical food that seems to be a must-serve during Lebaran is cookies. Many people make their own cookies, but not infrequently they also prefer to order or buy them.
Longer of Great (La Ge), one of the home industries that is one of the fostered by the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade (Diskopindag) of Malang City, produces various cookies. Established since 2005, La Ge always produces cookies using premium and quality ingredients. There are three mainstay cookies from La Ge, namely nastar, kastengel, and putri salju.
"Pineapple jam for nastar is made by ourselves from fresh pineapple. So it is not factory-made pineapple jam. We also use quality ingredients. The quality of the taste is guaranteed to be addictive. For this Eid, we have received orders for around 30 kilograms of cookies," said Selvina F. Pellokila, owner of La Ge.
These various La Ge cookies are sold for Rp75.000,00 per 500 grams. If interested, please contact Selviana F. Pellokila (081333243462) or come directly to Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig, Gang VI Number 04, Lesanpuro Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. (ari/ram)
