Malang (malangkota.go.id) – On the first day of work after the Eid al-Fitr 1442 Hijri holiday, Malang Deputy Mayor Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko conducted a surprise inspection of the Regional Apparatus (PD) within the Malang City Government, Monday (17/05/2021). This inspection was held to ensure the presence of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in their work environment after the Eid al-Fitr 1442 Hijri holiday.
Accompanied by the Assistant for Economy and Development of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Diah Ayu Kusuma Dewi, Deputy Mayor Sofyan Edi's inspection this time targeted a number of regional apparatuses, including the Transportation Agency (Dishub), Blimbing District Office, Food Security and Agriculture Agency (Dispangtan), Polowijen Village Office, and Malang City Inspectorate.
"To the Transportation Agency, their attendance is complete, all attended the roll call. Blimbing District, thank God, is also complete. Then Dispangtan is complete, as is Polowijen Village, lastly the Inspectorate," explained the Deputy Mayor who is familiarly called Bung Edi.
Deputy Mayor Sofyan Edi also explained the services that were immediately running on the first day of work. "As soon as the first day came in, we checked the office at each task. Including services in Polowijen Village immediately running, services for processing birth certificates, death certificates," he said.
Deputy Mayor Sofyan Edi appreciated the discipline of employees on the first day of work after the Eid holiday. "If discipline becomes part of our activities, then it has become a point of success in achieving the goals of all our tasks," he said.
Deputy Mayor Sofyan Edi also advised all ASN in the Malang City Government to continue to maintain this discipline. "Work with enthusiasm. Ladies and gentlemen, you must carry out the existing regulations and be on the track. With full discipline, with full enthusiasm," said Bung Edi.
Along with the Deputy Mayor's inspection, the Acting Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Malang City, Ir. Hadi Santoso, also conducted an inspection of a number of regional apparatuses in the Integrated Office area (Block Office).
"To the Block Office, attendance is complete. At Bapenda, Kominfo, Dispendukcapil, Disnaker PMPTSP is complete. Attendance at the Kedungkandang District Office is 100 percent. Likewise at the Kedungkandang Health Center 100 percent, DLH 100 percent, and finally PU (DPUPRPKP) also 100 percent attendance," explained Sony, the nickname of the Malang City Regional Secretary.
Not only that, several teams from BKPSDM and the Inspectorate also conducted the same inspections in all regional apparatuses in the Malang City Government environment. (sfr/Ts/yon)
