Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – Like other regencies/cities, Malang City this year received a quota to add 1.605 civil servant candidates (CPNS) and government employees with work agreements (PPPK) positions. The number of CPNS positions is 257 and PPPK positions are 1.348. In fact, on Monday (31/5/2021) the Malang City Government would announce the stages and requirements for the selection, but this had to be postponed.
As conveyed by the Acting Head of Public Relations of Malang City Government, Muhammad Nur Widianto, S.Sos. According to him, Malang City Government is currently waiting for further direction or information from the central government. If there are developments in the next 1-2 days, it will be informed again.
The reason for the postponement of the CPNS-PPPK selection is because there are several related regulations that have not been set by the central government. This is also implied in the Letter of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Number 4761/B-KP.03/SD/K/2021 concerning the Procurement of CPNS and Non-Teacher PPPK in 2021 dated May 28, 2021.
The man who is often called Wiwid added that in the letter signed by the Head of BKN Bima Haria Wibisana, it was explained that there were still several regulations for the procurement of CPNS and non-teacher PPPK and Teacher PPPK in 2021 that had not been determined by the central government.
"In addition, there are still proposals for revisions to the determination of needs (formation) by several agencies. So these two reasons make the selection schedule postponed from the initial schedule. Regions are asked to wait for further information," explained the man who is also the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service. (say/ram)
