The activity, which was packaged in the form of a community gathering, was themed 'Synergy in Strengthening the Creative Digital Ecosystem in Malang City.' Mayor Sutiaji invited startup groups to synergize with each other through hexahelix collaboration in strengthening the creative digital ecosystem in Malang City.
"Malang is expected to become Indonesia's Silicon Valley in relation to the digital industry. I ask startup groups to build commitment and consistency," said the number one person in the Malang City Government.
Sutiaji said this was due to the high growth of the startup industry in Malang City. It is recorded that until now, Malang City has 168 digital-based startup industries.
"We still have strong idealism, from Malang for Indonesia and the world we make it a reality. Our programs must be global, be sure Malang has that potential," he said.
Holding an important key to the growth of the creative economy, positive collaboration is expected to be able to create a creative digital ecosystem to encourage the growth of the startup industry in Malang City.
Human resources (HR) also support the creative digital ecosystem. "HR in Malang City is dominated by millennial youth. At least 50,63% of Malang City's population is generation Z," he said.
"I am confident that there is no shortage of human resources, we will strengthen this. The Malang City Government will facilitate, we will continue to provide collaboration. We will establish digital connections with startups in Malang City," he explained again.
He also appreciated the existence of the Stasion Community as a community that accommodates local startups to become part of the driving force of the digital startup industry in Malang City. He advised all parties to continue to synergize to strengthen the creative digital ecosystem in Malang City.
"Continue to strive so that we can strengthen Malang's creative digital ecosystem. I am confident that we can. Our position has been well established. It's time for us to rise," he concluded.
