Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The conducive situation in Malang City has attracted the attention of the Samarinda City Government, East Kalimantan to study directly in this city. Deputy Mayor of Samarinda Dr. H. Rusmadi Wongso immediately led a group to come to Malang City to study pluralism, Thursday (17/6/2021).
Rusmadi Wongso admitted that he deliberately came directly to see this city which is extraordinarily safe and conducive. Although all tribes in Indonesia are here, even many foreigners are in Malang City. But the condition of Malang City remains safe and conducive.
"Malang is like a miniature of Indonesia and even the world. Therefore, I am very happy to be able to come directly to this city to learn pluralism," explained Rusmadi.
Learning pluralism in Malang City, said Rusmadi, is very important for Samarinda along with the development of the government center in East Kalimantan. Because in the future, East Kalimantan will become the nation's capital. This means that Samarinda will become a buffer city for the nation's capital.
His party also invited various elements to come to Malang City, including Forkopimda, PKK, and sub-district heads in Samarinda City. By being present directly in Malang City, it is hoped that they can gain truly useful knowledge. "It is very appropriate that we choose Malang City to conduct a mock test. Hopefully our activities in Malang can reap many benefits," said Rusmadi.
Meanwhile, Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji admitted that he was happy to be able to share knowledge with Samarinda City to jointly advance the two regions. This activity is a good event to improve relations between the two regions.
"Malang is a very pluralistic city because it is inhabited by people from all regions in Indonesia. It is inhabited by people from 134 countries," said Sutiaji.

With the diversity of citizens in Malang City, of course acculturation and cultural assimilation are certain to occur. Therefore, to maintain unity in Malang City, cooperation with all parties is needed.
"We, together with the Forkopimda of Malang City, always join together in activities. This is the key to keeping Malang City safe and conducive," said Sutiaji.
