The Malang City Police Chief, who is often called Buher, promised not to burden his subordinates before his staff gets welfare. Like when there are personnel who want to take education and get a job promotion, they will be given the widest possible opportunity.
"From these two things, it will also have an impact on improving welfare and creating comfort in working. Appreciation or awards for personnel who excel will also be given periodically and proportionally so that the work motivation of each personnel also continues to increase significantly," said AKBP Budi Hermanto.
Together with the Forkopimda team, Malang City Police Chief Buher will also try to improve the community's economy through controlling and handling Covid-19 cases. The reason is that during the pandemic, the community's economy contracted quite significantly so that seriousness is needed from all parties in this matter.
"As a servant to his staff and the community and not the other way around, so that there is no impression of distance that will ultimately hinder the implementation of duties," he continued.
The Pekanbaru, Riau-born police chief also invited his staff to work smart, fast and precisely in order to serve the community optimally. In addition, the man who graduated from the Police Academy (Akpol) in 2.000 promised to continue and improve the work program of the previous police chief, as well as create a safe and conducive society.
