Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government held Technical Guidance on the Preparation of Self-Estimated Prices (HPS) for Construction for Commitment Making Officers (PPK) and Technical Activity Implementation Officers (PPTK) in the Malang City Hall courtroom, Tuesday (22/6/2021).
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said, when carrying out the duties of a state civil servant (ASN) must have doubts. Therefore, it takes really good literacy to be able to carry out the duties well.
"We hope that this event can strengthen literacy in the procurement of goods and services within the Malang City Government," explained Sutiaji.
This activity is expected to increase the spirit to change for the better. Including in terms of utilizing information technology to be better in carrying out tasks.
"Unlike the past, compiling HPS today is certainly easier because of information technology. To create HPS we must first be able to see the marketplace," said Sutiaji.
This convenience must certainly be utilized properly so that in the preparation of HPS it can be in accordance with the existing reality. The hope is that in the future, services to the community can also continue to be improved.
Head of the Goods and Services Procurement Service Unit (ULP), Drs. R Widjaja Saleh Putra revealed that this activity was a continuation of the previous one held on June 16, 2021.
"This activity is held so that PPK and PPTK can prepare HPS and work contracts properly," said Widjaja Saleh Putra.
Through this method, it is expected that the procurement process of goods and services can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Likewise, the implementation of work can run safely and avoid unwanted legal risks.
"The preparation of the HPS will affect how the party conducts evaluations as well as contracts so that implementation can run well," he concluded. (cah/ram)
